It reached its final destination the humanitarian aid cargo donated to Cuamm by the Italian Agency for cooperation and development (AICS). It is a 9 tons cargo containing basic goods to support affected population in coping with the freezing winter ahead.

September 22th 2022- Efforts are constantly tho silently made in the two centres where Cuamm works in Moldavia and Chisinau, namely MoldExpo where mainly Ukranians are host and Testemitanu, where the majority are the Romani.
In recent days electricity became a reality for two small health centers in Lumuli and Magoda, located in Tanzania’s Iringa DC and Njombe Regions, respectively. Like them, another 48 dispensaries will soon also have light. All this has been made possible thanks to a new partnership between Sumitomo Corporation and Doctors with Africa CUAMM.
This last weekend there were violent clashes and intense protests in Ethiopia. Unfortunately, the results are an estimate of about 100 dead. CUAMM will keep working for the health of the people of Ethiopia despite the difficulty.

On occasion of World TB Day on 24 March, the World Health Organization (WHO) has called on countries and partners to “unite to end tuberculosis”. Doctors with Africa Cuamm gladly accepts the challenge, and will continue to be among those working in the front line to end tuberculosis in Africa by 2030.
