Becton, Dickinson and Company (BD), has decided to intensify its support to CUAMM donating 50.000$ to Saint Luke Hospital in Ethiopia.
St. Luke Hospital, with its 200 beds, is located in Wolisso district, serving a population about 1.2 million people.
BD donation will strengthen the hospital activities in order to provide quality health care services to the most vulnerable populations, like women and children, guaranteeing the universal right to health.
This is an example of good partnership between CUAMM and a USA based foundation in terms of Corporate Social Responsibility.
