But even if it is difficult for us, it is even more to Africa. CUAMM, Partners In Health and MOHS are together in responding to the challenge of NCDs through PEN-Plus NCD Implementation program that aims to support the development, national implementation and then scale-up of innovative service delivery models for NCDs patients in the poorest countries and to bringing the service to all and decentralizing the care of the patient.
