{"id":52090,"date":"2021-09-09T12:34:02","date_gmt":"2021-09-09T10:34:02","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/doctorswithafrica.org\/en\/?p=52090"},"modified":"2021-09-09T12:34:02","modified_gmt":"2021-09-09T10:34:02","slug":"mozambique-an-international-symposium-on-hiv","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/doctorswithafrica.org\/it\/mozambique-an-international-symposium-on-hiv\/","title":{"rendered":"Mozambique An International Symposium on HIV"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>A two-day conference to discuss the fight against HIV in emergency settings: \u201c<strong>S<\/strong><strong><em>cience, community engagement and youth for an integrated HIV response in Mozambique<\/em><\/strong><em>&#8221;\u00a0<\/em>is being held on September 21st-22nd streamed from Mozambique, with contributions in English and Portuguese.<\/p>\n<p><strong>This is the first international symposium organized by Doctors with Africa Cuamm<\/strong>, which has been working in Africa since 1978,\u00a0<strong>in partnership with IAS Educational Fund\u00a0<\/strong>to focus\u00a0<strong>on good practices<\/strong>\u00a0in the treatment of HIV patients in emergency settings such as Mozambique,\u00a0<strong>on engagement with young people and adolescents and on field research<\/strong>.<\/p>\n<p>Delegates of the Ministry of Health, international and local NGO, community activists, donors and researchers will gather\u00a0<strong>to discuss the key role of communities and young people in the fight against HIV<\/strong>.
